The business activity of the OFB is divided into four divisions: Project Development, Project Management, Design-and-Build Services and Real Estate Management. The most important division of the OFB Group is Project Development. The field of activity of this division includes the design, construction and marketing of commercial buildings. The projects are carried out mainly by single-property and single-project companies in the legal form of partnerships, in which OFB is sometimes also joined by others as partners. The Design-and-Build Services are carried out by OFB itself and by BHT (Baugrund Hessen-Thüringen GmbH). The tasks here are taken over by construction companies acting as main contractors. The Group company GHT (Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement Hessen-Thüringen mbH) specialises in Project Management. This includes services in the areas of project control / construction management of building projects, a land bank and site development, the technical infrastructure and the general building and savings bank buildings. The fourth division of the Group - Real Estate Management - lies in the hands of GGM (Gesellschaft für Gebäude-Management mbH) and completes the range of services of this group of companies.
